Learn the best way to make perfect dough - what flour to use, how long to let it prove, and how to knead it for the best results.

After this class, you'll be able to wow your friends with yours!
We make 2 types of Bao - traditional Chinese Char Siu Bao (Pork Buns) and then Katsu Bao (disc-shaped Vietnamese-style Bao buns).
You will also make the fillings, so learn how to make authentic char siu pork as well as Katsu.
This hands-on cooking class in Adelaide teaches handy hints and tips to get your Bao dough light and fluffy!
At the end of the class, you will have the opportunity to eat your delicious creations and savor all your hard work! Sit together with newfound friends or simply take home to enjoy later - everything is provided.
