Travel to the streets of Thailand without leaving Sydney at this Thai street food cooking class with Sydney Cooking School!

There to guide you on your journey to Thailand will be Chef Pat, who will lead you in a relaxed and fun class where you'll learn how to prepare some favourite Thai dishes including Massaman Curry, Pad Thai and Thai Beef Salad. Pat gains happiness and satisfaction from seeing people recreate and enjoy her recipes.

You’ll learn how to prepare these dishes alongside your teacher who’ll masterfully guide you through this fun and casual course. Learn how to select, store, utilise a selection of ingredients whilst minimising waste to ensure you create a delicious meal to enjoy.

You don't need to bring any cooking skills to this hands-on class. Everyone will work in pairs to prepare an authentic and delicious Thai feast! Enjoy some of your dishes here washed down with a refreshing Thai beer and some to take home too!

This class is a perfect choice for individuals and couples alike who enjoy cooking, eating and learning in a fun and friendly environment.

Sydney Cooking School (SCS) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class for reasons concerning SCS. If a class has been cancelled due to low attendance, sickness or any other matter regarding SCS, all students will be notified within 48 hours of the class commencement date, and the option to reschedule to another date or full refunds provided.
Children between the ages of 10 -17 are eligible to attend provided they are booked in together with a participating parent/guardian over the age of 18 at a ratio of 1:1.

With the love of tasty and spicy food, Pat constantly chases new flavours and combinations in the exciting area of Thai, Asian and Western cookeries. She has been cooking and teaching Asian and Western meals professionally since 2001, including cooking for private and corporate clients.

We have a variety of themed menus and packages available, and our formats are suitable to anyone, from the absolute beginner to the more passionate cook. As well as our regularly scheduled classes, we offer masterclasses in Pastry, Chicken & Duck and Pork & Cider, as well as Children’s School Holiday classes.

If you prefer to be out of the Kitchen join us in our fabulous BBQ area for one of our Popular BBQ classes – Things really heat up in these classes so ensure you dress comfortably.
