The Moroccan cooking class was fantastic. Tonya breaks up the tasks and the day into perfectly coordinated focus points. The day is hands on and you learn tips and advice along the way. Eating the meal with your fellow class mates is a great way to end the day. Our meal was delicious. I highly recommend Cooking On The Bay
