Super chill class the teacher was very nice and not stingy with the clay it’s nice if you and friends want to catch up and have a glass of wine. It’s in a big warehouse thought so wear warm clothes in the winter

Really enjoyed the class. The teacher, Marissa, was fantastic - she explained anything clearly and was helpful throughout. The duration was a good amount of time to not be rushed. Was a great idea to practice on the coaster before doing the cheese board. A great little activity with friends or family, would recommend.

My mum and I attended the pottery class with the high tea for Mother’s Day. The two instructors were both very friendly, welcoming and very helpful/supportive of us who had never done pottery before. We both had a great time making our creations. The high tea was a mix of scones, pastry’s and small sandwiches that were very nice.

Definitely would recommend this workshop, great for beginners.

Textured Van Gogh Painting Workshop for Team Building

I attended this pottery workshop with my daughter, and it was a wonderful way to spend quality time together. The teacher was warm, professional, and very encouraging. She offered support and helpful feedback throughout the session and really helped us bring our ideas to life.

The venue was beautiful with a great atmosphere, making the experience relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. We both had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it.

Monthly Sip and Create Workshop

My daughter LOVED attending the holiday program - she came home genuinely buzzing, keen to tell me about all the work she had created. There was a real variety of creative activities with a range of mediums incorporated into the day that aligned beautifully with my six year old’s interests. The teachers were friendly and supportive. She also learnt some new techniques that she’ll take with her for future art-making. She’s keen to go back already which is certainly not always the case with holiday programs and speaks volumes.

My friend and I were very pleased to attend this workshop. This workshop was a last minute fill in for our friday evening workshop elsewhere that had been cancelled due to an illness. We had a lovely large class of 17 people and it was apparent that the whole group had a lot of fun. By the end of the evening everyone was walking around admiring the work of everyone else. We left with big smiles and looking to attend another workshop by Marissa & Kitty

The class was very good. We all enjoyed it. However the venue had changed and we were not notified that it was changed. We were just send an email saying we welcome you at this address tomorrow. However, as I already had the address I went to the wrong address. We needed to be told that the address had changed from previous emails.

My daughter’s 6th birthday party at Artea was fantastic from start to finish. The children absolutely loved the hands-on activity - creating their own terrariums with real succulents, complete with rocks, tiny turtles, and mushrooms.

The disco and games kept everyone entertained and full of energy, and the food was enjoyed! Proportions spot on. It felt extra special served on elegant tiered cake stands, just like a high tea. The venue itself was beautiful, filled with flowers, and being indoors meant we didn’t have to worry about the weather at all!

Thank you to Helen, Jasmine, and the team for making the day seamless and unforgettable.

We came here for a work Christmas activity and we had a nice time. Our teacher, Jasmine, was very friendly and helpful throughout the session. Was great that we could be creative with the clay figures to add a more personal touch to the decorating.

We had our xmas work function at their location in South Melbourne and had a great time. would recommend for large or small groups to visit them.

We did a loveable llama painting for a team building exercise which was so much fun.

It suited our team perfect, some opting for traditional painting and others for a bit of humor.

The venue was a local hotel which was perfect, we were able to stay back for drinks and dinner. (It does kind of blow the budget a little bit this way but you can spend how ever much you would like)

I would definitely do this again though.

Absolutely loved the Resin Cheese Board Class! The instructors were lovely and explained everything in such an easy to follow way. Watching the resin swirl and blend was so satisfying, and I was honestly amazed at how beautiful our boards turned out. Everything was really well organised and the vibe was relaxed and fun. Highly recommend this class, such a good experience!

We did a quirky clay pots making class with a group of 10 colleagues! We had an absolute ball. It was great because the teacher ran through how to make them, gave us some tips and then left us to create our own. She would then just check in with us.

Helen was fabulous in organising the event. We were able to stay and relax in the lounge after our class was finished which we were super grateful for.

Enrolled my daughters for 2 days in the kids holiday workshops and they had an amazing experience. They did craft work and art work and designed their own denim jackets. There were also interactive games to break up the day! Will definitely consider future sessions for them during the next term break! Highly recommended!
