Was really fun and educational! We enjoyed a good range of tea tastings, learned a lot about tea, and really enjoyed mixing our own teas. Amy was a wonderful teacher, she was very knowledgable, helped us to make our teas turn out how was wanted, and very friendly and upbeat making the class very fun and comfortable.

Great workshop for tea lovers. Tea teasting, lot of tea facts about origin, processing and flavouring and of course make your own blend following the correct balance of ingredients. Amy is super friendly, answered all questions and presented tea facts in a very enthusiatic way. Highly recommened.

Tea Blending and DIY Flower Crown Workshop
Amy was so freindly and welcoming to her lovely studio in Abbotsford. I organised this workshop for my daughter (12yo) and two freinds for her birthday. Amy instantly got to know them better, putting on music that they liked and asking about their interests. The girls loved the space and feeling like royalty in the nice furnishings and tea ware. The flower crowns were creative and lovely and looked great on while they were learning about how to choose great flavours to make their own tea. I would highly reccomend Amy and her workshop for young and old.

The teacher’s lively, positive personality and detailed knowledge of tea made this a highly enjoyable experience. It was well-paced and varied. I found it really interesting as well as “tasteful”.
