Do you want to start a jewellery biz? Are a crafty DIYer and want to sell at markets but don't know where to start?

Simply love making and wearing jewellery, but need some professional making & designing tips?

Then some private tuition is the next step to take your designs up a notch or two, launch your label and make you a better maker and a better designer.

At the time of your booking we will email a pre tutorial questionnaire which will make your tutorial targeted, effective and personal. 

We provide a tailored 3 hour program for individual students (you may also book max 2 people such as a business partner or friend) in:
- Practice (jewellery making) and /or theory (jewellery design)
- for example: practice in stringing beads, making statement chandelier earrings, multi strand necklaces and wire wrapping
theory in composition, colour, texture, style

build Equipment Needed

Etelage will provide the use of tools and basic materials to demonstrate techniques. If you would like to make a complete piece of jewellery you can choose from one of our many DIY kit designs prior to your tutorial or on the day.
Plus you will take home:
design handouts,
step by step instructions,
a 40min DVD on jewellery making,
a booklet on types of beads and a jewellery ruler.

I founded Etelage (French for adornment) in 2002, fueled with a passion for women to exude their notable and authentic style through jewellery. Etelage is an inspiring online creative tool box selling beads and jewellery. With retail stores formerly in Newtown and Cronulla Etelage moved 100% online in 2015 and has recreated that instore retail experience of inspiration, knowledge and passion.

" I observe that generally as a society we are becoming more mindful about our choices: conscious of choosing products which are made using artisan traditions and not mass produced, and seeking quality over quantity. So it is with that philosophy that I share my skills and knowledge of jewellery design to encourage all my students to awaken their creative soul and seek beauty, slow, artisan and local.
