The teacher was really nice and would happily explain things twice.

We made cupcakes using fondant decorations.

Making the fondant flowers in the press moulds was really fun.

So easy to get the gift card and a great experience gift for a 11 year old.

So glad I attended this course. I attended with my daughter and we both learnt some very helpful tips that we can improve on at home. Belinda is a wonderful teacher! Mum and I came to the class as complete beginners, and she made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Her bubbly personality and friendly nature created such a relaxed and welcoming environment. She explains everything clearly and made learning cake decorating fun and enjoyable. The mothers day high tea cake decorating for beginners was excellent. Went with my grandaughter and it was so good to learn the basics and then easily put into practice when home. A very enjoyable morning, and very well organised! Highly recommend.

I attended with my granddaughter and my friend with her granddaughter for Mother’s Day.

We learnt how to decorate cakes and using a piping bag with the tips.

The teacher was very helpful and happy to help us and she was very easy to talk with.

The location was easy to get to, and the room was so spacious.

I Liked the whole experience, it certainly was a treat for me to learn cake decorating and to do it with my granddaughter for Mother’s Day

I went today to the Mother’s Day high tea workshop. It was fantastic. The way Belinda showed us how to do it step by step was great. Really enjoyed it. Everyone was having a ball. The venue had great parking and had everything needed for training. My mother loved her cakes and was impressed I did it! Me too…I will be back for more definitely

First ever class booked - also my first time ever to do piping, cake and cupcake decorating!! I’m usually just the cake eater. Haha! Never touched these “tools” before but the class was so easy to follow and learn. Thanks to our teacher from MDC, Bel.

Personally, it was a good ender to a long day! I went home really happy and proud with my decision to just book this class and have fun. this might be my first, but definitely not my last.

Ps. The give cake and cupcake base ARE DELICIOUS!!

Belinda was a fantastic teacher, so patient and she taught us so many techniques from different buttercream piping styles to a brief touch on fondant using moulds. She prepared everything to make the class run smoothly and focused solely on technique while providing us with recipes to take home. Belinda taught we novices with clear instructions, was well organized, and very patient. The group was small so we had very individual attention. Lots of laughs with both the young and older

girls in our group that made for a really fun night, and we were all amazed at how great our cake icing turned out!

I really really enjoyed this class. Learning about cupcake decorating has been something I've been wanting to do and this class didn't disappoint. Throughout the class I learnt multiple techniques and was given ample time to practice each one before moving on. The class covered far more than I expected.

This was the 2nd workshop I have done with Belinda in Moonta and it was amazing. I did the bento and cupcake decorating class. Belinda guided us through step by step on how to pipe and decorate the cupcakes. Belinda was approachable, organised and allowed us to ask questions. Also she helped me if I needed extra assistance throughout the class. I would definitely recommend any of Belinda’s classes to anyone who would like to learn how to pipe cupcakes, make two toned icing and fondant decorations.

This was a great class. The teacher was very clear and provided recipes and demostrated all skills. We only had three students in the class, which meant we were comfortable asking many questions and had 1:3 teacher:student ratio - so lots of support. We came away with samples that looked very professional, espcially considering it was my first time piping buttercream.
