Founded by artist Lena in 2023, 3minheat.art celebrates curiosity, creativity and the joy of exploring new ideas through glass art.

The name "3minheat" comes from a phrase Lena often heard growing up, describing her tendency to become intensely interested in something before moving on to the next passion. Years later, following an ADHD diagnosis, she realised that what others saw as inconsistency was actually curiosity, adaptability and a love of learning.

Today, 3minheat.art is a reflection of that journey. It embraces the spark of inspiration, the excitement of discovery and the belief that creativity doesn't have to follow a single path. By transforming a once-critical label into a positive one, Lena created a brand that celebrates individuality, self-acceptance and the courage to follow one's curiosity wherever it leads.
