My brother and I enjoyed our day making pizza. We arrived to a well organised class, with everything layed out ready for us to start. The teacher and staff were very informative and happy to answer all of our questions. The booking was simple on line, when using my gift card.

We had a lovely coffe on arrival and had a pizza with a glass of wine/ softdrink for lunch, it was delicious.

We were given a small gift to make our own pizza dough, but we did not recieve the full recipe for it, as we couldn't remember how much water was used. The teacher did say it was all written on a sheet inside the bag, so I didn't ask the question on how much water was to be used.

We did though receive a pamphlet to make a large pizza.

Besides that, we were very happy to learn all the tips, and keen to make our own. Thank you, for a lovely experience.

4 of us did this pizza dough making class together and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Started off with great coffee, learnt how to make our own dough to take home, and ‘worked’ pre made dough for our own pizzas. Lots fun and super yum!

Absolutely fantastic experience, we took away a lot of tips and tricks to get our pizza base right. The drinks and end result of a perfect pizza was a bonus, plus a bag of goodies to make our own.

My 14year old son and I had a fantastic time learning tomake our own pasta.

It was such a great experience, our teachers were excellent and we got to take home our fresh pasta and cooked it for dinner.

My friend and I both loved the Masterclass - it was a great length, super helpful, and fun, and the lunch at the end was delicious. I also thought it was great how at the end they send you home with all the ingredients and sauce to make it again!

I would definitely recommend it as a fun activity to do with a friend, as a date, or even to give as a gift for someone who loves to cook!

I took my partner here for her birthday to try something different and for the experience together. This class was so worth the money. You get a glass of wine, coffee, a full pizza to yourself and a goodie bag to take home with extra ingredients and your own dough. The chefs are genuine and really professional, warm and knowledgeable. A great class would absolutely recommend! We loved it.

The class was an absolute delight! Our teacher was fantastic – knowledgeable, patient, and made the experience fun and engaging. They explained each step clearly and shared great tips on how to perfect the texture of the gnocchi.

We started by learning how to prepare the dough from scratch, then rolled and shaped the gnocchi before cooking it to perfection. After the hands-on session, we enjoyed a delicious lunch featuring the gnocchi we made, paired with a beautiful sauce and fresh ingredients.

What I liked most was the interactive nature of the class – getting my hands into the dough and seeing the transformation from simple ingredients to a restaurant-quality dish. The relaxed atmosphere and the chance to learn authentic techniques made it truly memorable.

My niece and I went to the Pasta Masterclass on the weekend and had a great time learning how to make pasta dough and rolling & shaping the pasta. Everything was explained clearly & demonstrated and questions were answered by our Host & Teacher, Michele.

The lunch was superb and we loved the goodie bag with ingredients to prepare pasta at home. This was unexpected and really appreciated. I actually did the se the contents that same evening and made pasta at home. The recipe provided and techniques learned are fool proof.

We enjoyed our class so much that we already booked another class at 48 Pizza e Gnocchi Bar in January.

Luigi was such an excellent teacher! We learnt how to make dough and got lots of information about how to mature the dough properly. We then practised stretching out the dough into the pizza shape before putting it into the oven. Upon arrival, we got a drink to enjoy (coffee or juice), then received another drink at lunch to have with our pizzas (wine, beer, soft drink or juice). We also got a gift bag to the home with ingredients to make another batch of dough.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the class!

My daughter and I had a lovely day out at the cooking class. The service on arrival was friendly with coffee and a chat, and the class was well presented. Our instructor was lively and made it all fun, and checked each individual’s progress regularly. His feedback was very helpful. Lunch was beautiful and if our own meals turn out as well we’ll be well pleased. Lunch and wine was fabulous as was the goodie bag to take home. Thank you for a great day out.

We recently took a pizza dough and pizza-making class, and it was such a fun, hands-on experience! Our instructor was fantastic - knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about the craft. They took the time to explain each step clearly, from mixing the dough to understanding hydration, fermentation, and the perfect kneading technique.

We started by making our own dough from scratch and then made pizza with already fermented ready-to-use dough. We took home our dough as well as all the ingredients to make another pizza base! The class was interactive and relaxed, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and get personalised tips.

My favourite part was learning how to stretch the dough like a pro - not rolling, but using gravity and gentle hand movements. And of course, eating the pizza fresh from the oven was the perfect reward. The value for money was incredible and I want to do the class again!

Overall, it was a wonderful class that left me excited to make pizza at home. Highly recommend for anyone who loves cooking or just wants a fun culinary experience!
