All the steps and ingredients were carefully explained, questions encouraged and thoughtfully answered. The practical part of the class was fun and the instructors assisted when requested.
We made a new batch of gnocchi at home the next day with the contents of the complimentary goodie bag.

My brother and I enjoyed our day making pizza. We arrived to a well organised class, with everything layed out ready for us to start. The teacher and staff were very informative and happy to answer all of our questions. The booking was simple on line, when using my gift card.
We had a lovely coffe on arrival and had a pizza with a glass of wine/ softdrink for lunch, it was delicious.
We were given a small gift to make our own pizza dough, but we did not recieve the full recipe for it, as we couldn't remember how much water was used. The teacher did say it was all written on a sheet inside the bag, so I didn't ask the question on how much water was to be used.
We did though receive a pamphlet to make a large pizza.
Besides that, we were very happy to learn all the tips, and keen to make our own. Thank you, for a lovely experience.

4 of us did this pizza dough making class together and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Started off with great coffee, learnt how to make our own dough to take home, and ‘worked’ pre made dough for our own pizzas. Lots fun and super yum!
