I loved this workshop! Parish was so knowledgeable and friendly with clear instructions. There was only 4 participants so plenty of assistance when required. I came home with many prints that I was delighted with. The space was beautiful and inviting. I will definitely book in again and recommend this if you are interested in cynaotypes. Wow, the Cyanotypes workshop is a beautiful experience! Parish is the perfect teacher, brilliant at guiding and leading the group and encouraging experimentation and play. Everything our group needed was on hand and the studio was the perfect setting. (And Parish's morning tea was delicious!). I highly recommend this workshop—it's excellent value, and I walked away feeling completely inspired.

This was a wonderful experience. Parish guided us through the basics of solvent transfer—an amazing technique—and encouraged explorations with different experiments, helping us to execute our ideas. Parish is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. His beautiful studio space and garden were very inspiring to me. The experience felt very special and thoughtful. I recommend this class to anyone!

This was a great workshop with Parish in his lovely studio. Parish provided some background about the history of cyanotypes and lots of inspiration for what was possible with this process. Working in a small group we able to play and experiment with different materials to make images and it was intriguing to watch the prints emerge on the paper. I’m looking forward to experimenting more with cyanotypes.

The workshop was amazing!
When I arrived, I immediately became inspired by all the found materials, textures, and history Parish had provided us.
I was able to experiment freely, sharing my ideas and inspiration, asking for guidance, and enjoying working with a small group.
I felt confident even when prints turned out badly or unexpectedly.
I came home very pleased, with lots of beautiful cyanotypes.

Parish is an experienced artist and a gifted teacher. The cyanotypes printing workshop was a unique experience in a beautiful studio. Parish provided an excellent array of inspirations. A whimsical play with an old technology. I went on my own but would also be a wonderful experience to share with a friend. I have many special prints which I adore, thank you Parish!

Parish is a very experienced professional artist and creative. He brings a wealth of knowledge, passion and experience to the class, and makes the learning process engaging. The beautiful creative space and artistic vibe adds to the atmosphere for playful exploration.

I am looking to incorporate new techniques into my existing art practice, and came away feeling extremely inspired.

The class would also be great for total beginners and small class size allows for personalised attention.

After class, we continued the fun at a nearby coffee shop, connecting with new friends and talking more about art.

Parish was a great teacher, who was very welcoming. He made sure everyone had everything they needed and very knowledgeable in his craft.

We learnt a fabulous new technique of solvent collage and got to explore this working with a range of mediums.

Loved learming about this new technique, a great one to add to your mixed media repertoire! Parish is a very giving teacher who creates a fun and friendly learning atmosphere. You will be introduced to the world of Solvents and then you can go about creating your own things, with further guidance tailored just for you. Such a calm and beautiful space to create, relax and immerse. Really enjoyed the class and highly recommend!
