What you'll do
Enjoy the relaxing flow of alcohol inks at the exciting mixed media art workshop with Teagan Watts in Northgate! In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to paint a striking artwork ready to hang on your wall.
Teagan will take you through how to achieve gorgeous results with alcohol inks and how you can use acrylic paints, inks, pens and other materials to mask your piece and create something even more exciting.
Work on yupo paper or upgrade to a mounted aluminium board as a canvas for your artwork which will be sealed using a professional-grade varnish and UV protectant after it has dried. The beauty of working on these impressive aluminium board canvases is that you can wipe them clean with alcohol if you make a mistake or change direction!
Fluid art indoor activities are a fun way to practice mindfulness. Come along solo, try out a workshop with your workmates for team building or gather your gals for these relaxing hens party ideas.
Choose from 40x60 cm options or be bold and add on a whopper 60x60 cm canvas upon booking.

Teagan Watts is an expert in Alcohol Inks and Mixed media. Her in depth workshops are not only highly informative, but also have a relaxed and carefree vibe - as an experienced Art and Science teacher, it's her second nature to make you feel at ease!
Teagan has had her work featured on Netflix series 'Dive Club', showcased on 'The Today Show', 'Power of Positivity', 'The Courier Mail' and more. She has hosted over 120 workshop in the last 3 years alone, and prides herself on delivering the best experience possible. Quality instruction, materials and the most stunning setting!
Her beautiful Northgate studio 'Artist & Maker' is also a gallery and workshop space, with stunning original artwork, greenery, fairy lights and vintage serving ware featured. This space can also be requested for private group bookings of groups over 6 people.
