This was a lovely birthday gift for my sister and I. As always, Alessandro was welcoming, friendly and informative. He gave clear instructions and was particularly helpful in working with my 10 year old son. This course was a progression for all 3 of us as we had done the pasta making course so it was a good step up in terms of our skill development. So much fun!

Alex our teacher was wonderful! he made me feel relaxed, he was encouraging and assisted us in cooking just! the right amount.
I've learnt a lot! about making pasta and the properties of food as it cooks/pasteurizes

Everything was perfect, teacher was interactive and caught on to mistakes still making everyone feel comfortable. I think the meal that the chef chose was good in terms of how it was easy to not stuff up. It was lacking a tiny bit of taste but other than that it was a wonderful experience.

This was a gift from my wife. The venue was good and easy to find. I had trouble with the pasta but the teacher was patient and explained how to overcome the problems. I had never made pasta before but am now more confident to keep trying to improve.

We had a fabulous time learning how to make ravioli and ricotta with Alessandro!
Alessandro was friendly and really engaging. We were able to ask lots of questions and found the explanation plus the demonstration easy to follow along. Looking forward to trying to make pasta at home now :)

We hope to come back and try another cooking class with Alessandro again soon!

The instructor was great and very personable. The class was well presented, fun and easy to follow, and the finished product was very tasty. Just bring your apron, your appetite, and be willing to get hands on in the kitchen. A most enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours and learn some new cooking skills.

My husband, my 8 year old son and I attended the class and we made fresh ricotta ravioli.

The class was so much fun, my son loved it, he really got into it and Alessandro was so engaging with him. It was great having my son really included in the group and I know he benefited from it.

The food was delicious, it was fun learning new things. It was an overall great and fun experience and I would definitely recommend it.

We visited Alessandro’s kitchen for our work Christmas get together. We had fun learning how to make pasta and experience a commercial kitchen. Alessandro was very generous with his knowledge and a great teacher. We enjoyed eating our meal and playing trivia after.

Lovely class with the excellent Alessandro in a spacious and airy training kitchen. We learned how to make fresh egg papadelle and then cook it into a cacio e pepe style dish! Alessandro made everything very simple and everyone seemed to effortlessly be able to make their first homemade pasta! Even better, we had two more portions left each to take home. Absolutely loved the experience and we are now completely hooked so will need to buy oursevles a pasta rolling machine haha.
