Our private cooking space as part of regular practice, is disinfected with food grade sanitiser along with all equipment and materials. Gloves are available and frequent washing of hands is already part of our cooking class schedule.

This is the perfect pasta making class if you want to cover not only how to make pasta, but also master those tricky little balls of deliciousness, Arancini!

You will become well-versed in the technique to shape cooked Arborio rice (risotto) into spheres, stuff them with a soon-to-be-gooey mozzarella centre and then dip into breadcrumbs which will ensure a crusty exterior when they come out of the deep fryer.

At their most perfect within a few minutes of cooking, you will all sit down to enjoy the Arancini with a delicious Italian classic cocktail - the wildly popular Aperol Spritz.

After your appetizer/entree, you will then get down to some pasta dough. Learn how to knead the silkiest, perfectly-thin pasta which you will then form into strands of tagliatelle.

The class will conclude with a meal of freshly made pasta, coupled with delicious sauces and lashings of parmesan.
