What you'll do
Have fun, travel and eat with Chef Natasha. In this hands-on class, Natasha will demonstrate how to make a range of noodles from all around Asia!
Come and enjoy a full demonstration, a delicious four-course meal and get a bit hands-on when learning traditional methods to take home to your kitchen. Natasha”s class series include dishes from Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan and Malaysia. All areas where Natasha has frequently visited, lived and trained where she has obtained the base flavours and methods over the last 35 years.
Let’s learn about the different noodles across Asia - wheat, egg, rice, potato and mung bean and the different types of dishes that are suited for each type.
Menu
- Japanese cold soba noodles in a dipping sauce
- Coriander and ginger dressing/Nat’s Black Szechwan sauce
- Mix your own bowl with a variety of noddles, sauces and fresh ingredients
- Chinese Pork stir fry with fresh Egg noodles
Each guest will leave with a small complimentary gift pack of ingredients that reflect the class or region of the class. Classes or parts can be adapted to suit Vegans and Vegetarians.
Natasha’s four S’s of Salty, Sweet, Spicy and Sour is taught in every class. This is a key element to Natasha’s teachings to obtain a great balance of flavours, no matter what cuisine.

Natasha has lived and worked in Asia for over 35 years in food & fashion. In the many years traveling throughout Asia she has experienced and learnt about authentic home methods from South East Asia.
Owning Asian restaurants and spending many years teaching, cooking & catering in Europe and Australia Natasha is now passing on her unique methods and fabulous stories about her food experiences and travels is now back in Sydney, her home.
Natasha also offers ‘Private Classes’ at any venue with 6 or more people and you can select from a variety of classes or we can happily design a class to suit. Home or venue dinner parties for special occasions are also on offer where Natasha is your ‘Private Chef’ and will design an exclusive menu to suit your crowd!
