Imagine a luscious lemon tart, but infused with the feisty flavours of your favourite aperitif. That's what you can expect when joining us on this delicious dessert adventure as we teach you how to make Pastry Chef Nicole Fifis' award-winning Gin and Tonic tart!
In this unique, fun and hands-on class, you will be guided through the step by step process of baking a fresh lemon curd infused with Gin and Tonic, a citrus-infused jelly and candied citrus! You'll learn new baking techniques and fill a pre-made tart base with your own version of the Gin and Tonic curd. If you're up for more of a challenge, you can get stuck into trying out Chef Nicole's sweet pastry recipe before the class.
By the end of this class, you will have gained the confidence to master your own homemade tarts, and try out modern twists on baking classics!

Nicole Fifis
Your host this evening will be Greek-Australian Pastry Chef Instructor, Nicole Fifis. After completing her certification from the William Angliss Institute, Chef Nicole became accredited in training and assessment before going on to teach cooking classes, team building events and school programs with William Angliss. Chef Nicole has also had experience working within wholesale, airline catering and hospitality. Chef Nicole is passionate about sharing her culinary knowledge with others and bringing a smile to their faces through her deliciously sweet creations.
