I founded Etelage (French for adornment) in 2002, fueled with a passion for women to exude their notable and authentic style through jewellery.
Etelage is your creative tool box. With jewellery and bead retail stores formerly in Newtown and Cronulla, Etelage moved 100% online in 2015 and has recreated that instore retail experience of inspiration, knowledge and passion.

" I observe that generally as a society we are becoming more mindful about our choices: conscious of choosing products which are made using artisan traditions and not mass produced, and seeking quality over quantity. So it is with that philosophy that I share my skills and knowledge of jewellery design to encourage all my students to awaken their creative soul and seek beauty, slow, artisan and local.
My goal always is to create a teaching environment where participants can share ideas, be inspired and let their imaginations run wild! With over 15 years teaching experience I am dedicated to empowering my students to become better designers and better makers, equipping them with skills and confidence to create whatever my students dream!
I look forward to meeting you in class."

A lovely way to spend the afternoon. The teacher (Chris) was very friendly, helpful and informative and made learning the basic beading techniques easy. Looking forward to making more of my own jewellery!

Chris was well organised, friendly and a good instructor. She taught me how to make a beaded choker, a beaded necklace and two sets of earrings. I was able to choose the colour scheme for both projects. The venue in Rozelle was easy to get to. I will definitely be using my newly acquired skills to make jewellery for family and friends
