Our journey toward urban food resilience began with a simple raised garden bed. As our family grew, so did our passion for growing our own healthy organic food, and now we operate a small market garden in the lower Blue Mountains from our urban yard. We keep chickens and quails, bees, fruit trees, edible hedges, and save our own seed. Mushrooms are growing in the garage and we love making bread from our own grains and wine from our own home grown and foraged fruits and berries. Our mission is to reconnect people with the lost arts of abundant food production and help others on their own journey toward growing more food in urban spaces.
