This was a great workshop! Ness was super organised and worked us through the Bee Bath at a very relaxed pace. The spread of mosaic tiles was wonderful, and everything we needed was provided. I came away with a piece of work that I love. It was a chatty atmosphere with lovely people, and Nat always makes everyone feel welcome in her space. I would highly recommend.

Fun and informative - the host was very friendly and explained every step of the process thoroughly. It is quite a long class with take home steps as well, but the atmosphere built with the group was great making it a very enjoyable day.

The lady teaching us the class was very friendly laid back and relaxed yet provided a lot of hands on to any participants. It was really fun making the mosaic bee baths and there was so much material to choose from. Definitely a fun day out with the girls

Ness was my teacher for the day and she was patient and knowledgeable. There was a class of 12 and we all did a mosaic bee bath. Some people had done some mosaics before while others like myself had never done this before. Everyone’s bee bath at the end looked fabulous! I didn’t feel rushed at all. I loved the fact that Ness brought supplies of every colour, shape and size which gave me choice of my design. Natalie the store owner was present and was supporting and encouraging as well. I’m keen to go back for another class. Thank you ladies for a fabulous and relaxing day. An excellent Christmas gift idea as Bag End Studio have many classes on offer.

Beautiful ladies, with a lovely studio with all the supplies you could ever need. It was an incredibly engaging activity that was highly enjoyable, the time flew by. Very accommodating to my extra needs, enough space for me and my service dog. Looking forward to doing another activity with them.

Vanessa hosts a great class, lots of fun. She explains everything really well and gives great advice when you have problems. It was fantastic to come away with a project just waiting for a final coat of sealer once the grout cured. Looking forward to trying more at home

Macrame Crossbody Handbag Workshop
Learn how to macrame a handbag. Our teacher, Vanessa (Ness) was lovely and extremely helpful. Venue and materials were fabulous and was awesome to be able to pick the colour cord for the bag we were making. Lots of colour choices. Was a lovely group of people in the class. Showed the teachers dedication by staying past the time allocated to try and help finish off some of the groups bags.

Nicely paced workshop where there's good mix between guidance and letting you experiment. Ness was available for questions and demonstrated techniques well. Great to have a piece to take home for the garden. And you can go shopping in the studio!

Very relaxing, quiet session with Ness, who was a patient and thorough teacher. The session was a good length, lovely light filled space, surrounded by inspirational art and craft by some sensational makers. Ness was super organised with materials and I appreaciated being able to take some materials home to be able to keep going with this new skill. This was the second class I have done with Vanessa and my first ever macrame class - wow was it great. Vanessa gave us all individual attention to explain things to each person which made things super easy and the venue at Bag End Studios was excellent. I was with a group of really fun ladies so there was much laughter as well to go along with a great class. This will not be my last class with Vanessa because I can always rely on a fabulous time in her classes learning so much and having a great item at the end of the class to take home with me. So fun! Our teacher was great, informative and generous with her time and knowledge, I was surprised by the length of the workshop but you really do use all that time to choose your tiles and make your design. There was a huge range of tiles to choose from so everyone's designs turned out completely different. Lots of fun!!

I've always wanted to do something mosaic. Having done a couple of classes with Vanessa previously, I knew she was a great teacher. A great group of ladies, and a great turnout. I booked the macrame plant hanger class for my 15yo daughter and her friends and it was a fantastic experience! Ness was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable.
