What you'll do
Learn how to decorate a cake with buttercream ruffles in this fun cake decorating class in Sydney!
In this hands-on class, which is perfect for beginners, you’ll learn how to tort, fill and stack a pre-baked cake. You will then learn how to frost the cake from outside with sharp edges and straight sides.
Finally, you’ll learn to pipe beautiful and colourful (vertical or horizontal) ruffles with buttercream. You’ll also learn to work with basic fondant decorations and paint them with edible metallic paint to adorn your cake.
All tools and equipments will be provided in the class.
At the end of the class, you will take your creation home and cherish your hard work (which includes enjoying your deliciously decorated cake!)
