What you'll do
Join us in Brisbane for this fun cake decorating class, run by expert cake designer Zoe Byres.
In this beginner-friendly class, you will learn how to work with ganache, fondant and edible lace detail to cover your tiered cake. You will also learn how to make wafer paper roses and a cute 'Alice in Wonderland' fondant figurine.
This class will also guide you through a number of other techniques like how to structure your tiered cake, how to make 3D fondant decorations, how to create soft colours with an airbrush and how to use edible paints and dust. Also learn general tips and tricks on baking, decorating and storing cakes.
So if you want to combine two of the best things ever, food and art, join us for this fun and informative cake decorating class!
