What you'll do
Join T A R A D studio for a hands-on clay workshop in Perth, where you'll learn the art of clay hand-building. Unleash your creativity as you discover the basics of pottery techniques and decorating methods, creating your unique clay piece to take home.
If you're new to clay sculpting, this workshop is perfect. Our professional ceramicist will be there every step of the way to guide you through the process, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for everyone.
As you sink your hands into clay, you're also free to munch on some snacks provided and sip on your BYO drinks.
Following the workshop, your pieces will be bisque-fired, glazed (the glaze of your choice), and glaze-fired before being returned for you to collect and treasure within 2-3 weeks.

Knowledge required
No experience is needed.
What you'll get
- All equipment and tools required including clay.
- You can make as many pieces as you like.

What to bring
Clay is wonderfully messy! It does wash out of clothes, but we'd recommend an apron if you are super messy. We have some at the venue if you forget.

After several years as an architect, discovering ceramics opened a world of possibilities, granting her the freedom she craved. Tara’s art is driven by a commitment to convey a range of emotions through her sculptures.
