What you'll do
In this nourishing live streaming chair yoga class, you will be guided through a series of postures to increase the flow of energy throughout the body, calm the mind and help release toxins.
This gentle class is suitable for all and well suited to seniors and those living with physical or mobility disability.
Yoga comes from the sanskrit root word 'yug' which means 'union' or 'to unify', and one of the unions it is referring to is the union of the mind, body and spirit. Yoga not only calms and relaxes, but it is also a great way to keep the body healthy too.
We finish the class with a simple meditation. You'll leave this session feeling calm, revitalised and happy :)
