If you are living in South East Queensland and want to have a truly unforgettable experience, then give this fermentation workshop with Permaculture Produce a try. In this workshop learn how to create your very own feta cheese and taste other delicious fermented foods!

Under the guidance of Elisabeth, you will discover how you can make feta from home using fermentation techniques.

Throughout this three hour workshop, you will also get the chance to taste test fermented foods such as sourdough bread, sourdough pikelets, cultured butter, sauerkraut, fermented fruit paste, fermented ginger carrots, miso, tempeh, kombucha tea, beet kvass as well as your delicious feta cheese!

This class involves hands-on practice and is a great introduction to the world of fermented foods. Handouts and recipes will also be included in this workshop.

Please note:
For Brisbane requests, there can be a minimum of 10 students per group. For other locations, the minimum is 15.
