On the lookout for fun Sydney activities? Come along and join Sydney Community College in Rozelle for this eight-week pottery course where you'll learn how to make your own clay sculpture masterpieces!
During this course, you'll learn moulding techniques like hand building, slab building and clay modelling as you work on your own project at your own pace.
Choose to create one-off pieces for kiln firing or create multiple designs using mould making processes. Your mould can be made of clay, latex or silicon, with plaster mother moulds, depending on the desired casting material.
At the end of the course, you'll have created your own clay sculptures and have the knowledge and skills to continue making DIY projects at home!
Please note: Depending on your project, additional materials may be required, and will be discussed at the first session (may cost between $20 to $100).
