Its time to to take your cocktail game to the next level and in this class you will shake, stir and twist all the way to cocktail glory.

This hands on class will have you mixing up two SMC signature cocktails and includes basics of cocktail making, equipment and garnishes.

Our resident SMC mixologist will also let you in on the history and backstories belonging to both these iconic Italian inspired cocktails plus share all the tips and tricks to take you from rookie to the ultimate party host with prizes for the stand out Bartender star in your group.

You will sip and savour your own cocktail creations and enjoy grazing boards of our premium meats and cheese and signature antipasto selections. Roaming pizzas for you all, and prizes for the the most aspiring bartenders in your group.

Gluten free options and mocktails are available.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.

Queensland venues include Surfer’s Paradise on the Gold Coast, and in Brisbane, West End, Newstead, South Bank with Woolloongabba coming soon, plus our infamous mobile Fuel Food Truck dishing out the finest wood-fired Pizza and Italian delights every day on location or look out for us at an event near you soon!!

This was such fun and great value! The cocktail making history, process and principles were well explained and I learnt a lot. The teacher and other staff were just gorgeous, friendly and funny and knowledgeable. Snacks were AMAZING and very generous. I’d highly recommend this for a group of friends for a special celebration or just a fun day out.

Teacher and assistants were really friendly and gave interesting and concise backgrounds to the cocktails plus easy to follow instructions.
Delicious drinks and food (generous portions too).

I booked this session for a Christmas celebration with a friend and we were blown away with how much fun we had. We got to make our own unique touches on our creations which was fantastic. We also made friends along the way, which saw us spending the entire afternoon with complete strangers turned friends! Would definitely recommend and participate in again. Super fun
