Our private cooking space as part of regular practice, is disinfected with food grade sanitiser along with all equipment and materials. Gloves are available and frequent washing of hands is already part of our cooking class schedule.

Also, this class has a flexible cancellation/rescheduling policy, so participants are encouraged not to attend if they are unwell

Our expert bartender will guide you in making one of the cocktails from the Salt Meats Cheese signature list, as well as the always stirred Italian favourite, the Negroni while you graze on SMC’s signature Antipasto and wood fired bread platters.

So if you want to take the fast-track from cocktail amateur to expert mixologist and cocktail connoisseur, then this could be the class for you. At the very least, you’ll learn a few tips and tricks to make hosting your next party a breeze (and delicious for your guests!)

This was such fun and great value! The cocktail making history, process and principles were well explained and I learnt a lot. The teacher and other staff were just gorgeous, friendly and funny and knowledgeable. Snacks were AMAZING and very generous. I booked this session for a Christmas celebration with a friend and we were blown away with how much fun we had. We got to make our own unique touches on our creations which was fantastic.
