Its time to to take your cocktail game to the next level and in this class you will shake, stir and twist all the way to cocktail glory.

This hands on class will have you mixing up both The Negroni and a Signature from our SMC Cocktail List.Class includes basics of cocktail making, equipment and garnishes…yes we will flame orange zest!!

Our resident SMC mixologist will also let you in on the history and backstories belonging to some iconic cocktails plus share all the tips and tricks to take you from rookie to the ultimate party host with prizes for the most inspired Bartender on the day.

You will sip and savour your own cocktail creations and enjoy our classic Antipasto.

Please note that private group bookings incur an additional flat rate surcharge of $150 per class.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.

Queensland venues include Surfer’s Paradise on the Gold Coast, and in Brisbane, West End, Newstead, South Bank with Woolloongabba coming soon, plus our infamous mobile Fuel Food Truck dishing out the finest wood-fired Pizza and Italian delights every day on location or look out for us at an event near you soon!!
