A fun hands-on cocktail class, with a special twist.

We’ll discuss local plants indigenous to the area—as well as introduce edible flora—and how to incorporate these into cool, refreshing cocktails. You'll learn how to mix three twists on classic cocktails using locally-foraged ingredients. We’ll incorporate lemon myrtle, illawarra plums, lilly pillies, and a whole heap of other Australian natives. You’ll have access to our super-cool warehouse where we’ll share our knowledge of foraging for ingredients.

We'll demonstrate how it's done, then each guest will get to do it themselves. Then each guest will get to savour and enjoy the 3-4 cocktails that they make.

Regular classes can have up to 10 students; however this teacher can take up to 25 students for special events.

Booking larger group events is easy. Just Request it.

Absolutely loved this class and would highly recommend, especially for group events! Everything from the quirkiness of the venue, to the delicious cocktails infused with native Aussie plants (with some growing right in their front yard). We also really appreciated the education and sustainability aspect of the class; the guys are super knowledgeable and hilarious. Don't even think twice; just book it in!

We did this class for a hen's night and had a great time! Kind of hard to enjoy making and drinking cocktails though. The guys were great fun and we learnt a lot about Aussie native plants how to include them in our drinks. The cocktails themselves were delicious too!! Thanks for having us!

This was the perfect way to kickstart my sister's Hens party! Chris and Byron are really friendly and super fun. The location is a large warehouse-like flat with deconstructed aeroplane decor. Very Newtown-esque. The cocktails were also really tasty :) Would recommend!

Is it OK to bring a cake/nibbles to the class?

Of course, no problem
