A fun hands-on cocktail class, with a special twist.
We’ll discuss local plants indigenous to the area—as well as introduce edible flora—and how to incorporate these into cool, refreshing cocktails. You'll learn how to mix three twists on classic cocktails using locally-foraged ingredients. We’ll incorporate lemon myrtle, illawarra plums, lilly pillies, and a whole heap of other Australian natives. You’ll have access to our super-cool warehouse where we’ll share our knowledge of foraging for ingredients.
We'll demonstrate how it's done, then each guest will get to do it themselves. Then each guest will get to savour and enjoy the 3-4 cocktails that they make.
This workshop is suitable for individuals and couples as well as for a hens party, special occasion, team building activity, baby shower, birthday, bucks party, corporate event, Christmas party or client entertainment activity.
