It was a great class to get to learn about the taste of the coffee. I didn't know about the types of beans that could give a fruity flavour and now I know, which I am glad to have this lesson. One thing that could be improved would be the ways to taste the coffee, I didn't like the idea of sharing the same cups that has all the people spoons mixed in it.

Awesome class and very knowledgeable teacher!
He shows you a variety of beans and the process of production to grinding, brewing and tasting. This is a very interesting class where you explore the subtle yet very different nuances of flavor
