Are you on the hunt for fun corporate activities in Sydney? Pasta Emilia's cooking classes for companies are a unique experience to bond your team and entertain your staff. These make a great team-building activity as everyone will learn the fine art of Italian cooking.

During the class, guests are encouraged to learn and create in a hands-on pasta making experience in our restaurant group event private space. These interactive classes offer techniques for making fresh pasta. Guests will practice mixing dough, explore making pasta; with a hand-cranked pasta machine as well as shape and fill delicious pasta including fettucine, pappardelle, ravioli, Tortelli and cappelletti.

At the end of class, participants will sit down to our tasting menu prepared by the class and Osteria Emilia chef, including:

  • Traditional antipasti course
  • A selection of organic homemade pasta (some prepared in class)
  • Seasonal organic mixed salad
  • House-made traditional dessert platters to share
  • A glass of sparkling wine on arrival

You also have the option to add a main course dish and take home sample bag for each guest.

Please note: There's a minimum of 10 participants for each class. An additional 10% surcharge will apply for bookings made on Sundays.
