I have been facilitating workshops for number of years. Learned to crochet from my mum who crochet, knitted and sewed most of our family garments. Since then I developed love for crochet as a craft that enables me to relax and keeps my mind healthy.

I find a great satisfaction especially in completing crochet toys (called Amigurumi). Be it from the animal kingdom or dolls. My crochet toys are on display in an Art gallery and also available as pieces of hand crafted love for purchase.

Come to discover the beauty of this almost forgotten yet still alive relaxing craft with many benefits.

PS. please contact me for a suitable date if no dates fit your schedule or for a private session.

My two daughters and I were pleasantly surprised to find Hana and her charming “ built for purpose” crochet classroom in a suburban setting nearby. We felt very welcome, especially by our charming host, who provided coffee, tea, and all the equipment for the class.
We plan to return once we practice what Hanna taught us.
All in all, a delightful experience.

Excellent teacher, with a good mix of theory and practical. It was exactly what I was hoping for as a beginner to crochet. Also learned some very useful tips.

I really enjoyed the class. Teacher very knowledgeable. I had crocheted for many many years. Just understanding therebis a US and a UK version of stitches was a light bulb moment as I learnt UK. The crochet hook, scissors little stitch holder were appreciated.

Our teacher had a lot of paintience, especially with such a beginner like me, who hasn't sewn a thing in my life! I was blessed to be in a class with a group of ladies that were so helpful as well.
Was a great experience and would do again for more practice. Thank you !

We felt very welcome among a friendly small class lead by a lovely teacher. We were gifted with everything that was required to learn, including tips and tricks from our teacher. We came away with new skills and knowledge that I am putting into practice already. (The photo is me practicing a basic stitch, at home, after the lesson).

Hankas is an awesome teacher! I’ve tried following YouTube videos previously to learn the basics, but just couldn’t get it. Hankas was able to go over all the different stitches and was so patient in making sure I really understood how they were made. I can confidently say that I finally get it and feel so excited to continue building on what I learned. Thank you so much Hankas

The crochet beginners class was great. I learnt how to crochet many years ago so it was a great refresher. The class size was kept small which makes it easier to have one on one time with the instructor who was as equally friendly as she was knowledgeable. The venue was in a great location, and the class itself was great value for money. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone wanting to refresh their crocheting skills or wanting to learn to Crochet.

Hankas was a lovely instructor - very patient.
She covered the class details clearly and gave one-on one instruction to everyone in the class.
We all managed to master some basic steps and commenced making a head band.
We will now be able to follow a basic pattern .
Hankas has a lovely teaching room with beautiful peaceful

Enjoyed the class but 2 hours wasn’t long enough. By the time everything is explained there is little time to get into the crocheting. I would prefer an ongoing course over a few weeks which is hard to find.
