What you'll do
Singing bowls produce vibrations that affect the mind and body. The sounds the bowls create may impact brain waves in order to induce relaxation. They may induce the same psychological effects and benefits as listening to music.
When using singing bowls specifically with crystals, they can help cleanse and clear negative energy from them. The sound waves can also assist to enhance and activate the natural properties of the crystals.

I am a registered Art Therapist and I love creativity and arts. I have done courses in Fashion Designing and trained in Fabric painting, clay and ceramic arts, Solar woodworks, Batik print, tie-dye, Henna tattoos and jewellery making. I've been teaching and working with the arts for the last 20 years.
Also, this pandemic has taken a huge toll on people's mental health. So I want to use art as a means to help people and support their mental wellbeing.
