Join us for a fun and creative cupcake decorating class in Perth where you'll learn how to make themed cupcakes using buttercream and fondant.
This is perfect for both kids and adults, so gather your family and friends and let your imagination run wild as you create edible works of art.
What’s included:
- Four baked cupcakes presented in a display tray
- Buttercream frosting and fondant to make your very own toppers
- Access to all tools and equipment, edible paint/sprinkles and more to help you create beautiful, edible mini masterpieces.
- Step-by-step written instructions with images (no prior experience necessary)
- Dietary requirements catered for (confirm at time of booking please)
No ticket required if you wish to stay and watch your friend/family/child create. Peppermint Green Café is a beautiful space with comfy sofas so sit back and relax with a coffee (café is open to purchase drinks and snacks) Or, feel free to drop and go if you prefer, your children are in safe hands.
Please note:
- This class is suitable for beginners and all ages. If you wish to learn advanced and / or particular techniques then I recommend a more tailored one to one class / session for this. Please send me a message and I'll happily chat through this option.
- Children aged seven years and younger require parent assistance and supervision (no ticket required for assisting your child) Want your own set of cupcakes to decorate? If yes, then please purchase an additional ticket for yourself.
- Your teacher holds an up to date working with children card and is a qualified pastry chef

Hi, I’m Kelly, owner of The Baking Edge. I am a mother of 2 beautiful children, living in the northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. I have been creating delicious themed cakes and cupcakes for many different occasions, events and functions for many years.
My passion for cake decorating, is something I love to share with others and I’m fortunate enough to do so through my fun and engaging cupcake decorating classes for parties, private groups, aged care, corporate team building activities and city council events.
