A fantastic class with a fantastic teacher! Being a self - taught cake maker I walked away with LOADS of great technique tips as well as baking and butter cream insights. Information that will change how I bake, work with butter cream icing and ice a cake forever. Loved every minute of it! I am booking in for the buttercream flowers next!

Amazing class for both first time cake makers and for people with a bit more experience. The class instructor was wonderful. She was funny, friendly, bubbly and so informative. She gave so many tricks and tips. I have a small amount of experience making and decorating cakes and i learnt so much! Great work area that allowed plenty of space to work but also intimate enough to have a chat if you came alone. I’ll definately be back.

We had a great time! The class was fast paced. We were both beginners but managed to keep up with a little help. It was great to take our cakes home, they were delicious. Sadly, couldn’t purchase the $60 kit at the class.

Loved the class. I learnt so much (funnily enough every tee did with the buttercream and piping is the exact opposite of what I had learnt at a previous cake course, but it still gave the same result, so I love having more techniques under my belt). Lauren was so thorough in her explanation and modelling that everything was so easy to follow along with. Excited to do another course with Lauren!!

Lauren Our Teacher was so kind and supportive even I reached in class late today she support and explain everything from beginning with patient and kindness. Really appreciate the Class was so professional and full of knowledge and techniques. Looking forward to attend the oncoming Classes. Lauren is a fabulous teacher! There is a lot of get through in 3 hours so be ready to pay attention and work quickly. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone who hasn’t done any buttercream or piping work before. Take another class first to get some skills then try this class.

Our teacher was so lovely and really took the time to explain the why of each step and ways we can do it at home - and places to get a few things from (spotlight here I come!). The cake pops taste great, it was so fun to make and decorate them.

I had such a lovely time at the vintage cake decorating class. And even better because we got to have a private class! Lauren was a fantastic teacher - really clear in her instructions and super encouraging throughout, which made it feel easy to follow even when things got a bit tricky.We learned how to create classic vintage-style piping and decorate a full cake from start to finish. It was really hands-on, and I appreciated that we got to practice techniques properly rather than just watch.My favourite part was seeing everything come together at the end, it was so satisfying leaving with a cake I was actually proud of! Overall, a really fun and relaxing class, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to try something creative.

We had a lovely evening in the buttercream 101 masterclass. We learnt how to decorate cupcakes with different nozzles and the teacher was very helpful and informative. I know I need to practice now but overall I was very happy with what I created.

This was a great class. We decorated 6 cupcakes and were allowed plenty of time to practice and then follow the step by step instructions from the teacher. Would highly recommend, we learnt so many great hints and tips and also got some yummy takeaways.

I absolutely loved this cake decorating class. It was so fun and informative and great to practice the flower making skills I had seen on social media but didn’t know how to actually do. Also great to have Gluten Free cakes. Highly highly recommend Lauren the teacher is fantastic!!

Fabulous Sunday afternoon vintage cake decorating class! Lauren was an amazing instructor. She made the class fun whilst being informative and showed us lots of techniques.We had six in the class and it felt perfect in terms of teacher/student ratio.The venue is lovely and pretty. We also purchased the extra decorating tools (optional) but well worth - that way you are good to go when replicating the cake at home!

I really loved the Vintage Cake Decorating class. Lauren was so lovely and went out of her way to make sure I had the perfect Gluten Free cake to decorate. She gave clear easy to follow instructions and my cake looked amazing especially as I am quite new to cake decorating. I really recommend this class

I had a great time at the BUTTERCREAM101 course. I was actually very lucky to have one on one tuition as the other people that booked could not attend. My instructor was wonderful and very knowledgeable about how to make the perfect butter cream icing. I can’t wait to put my new skills into practice!!

My friend and I had a fantastic time in this class. Hannah was a terrific teacher who showed us what to do and gave us plenty of helpful tips along the way. The buttercream itself was super delicious, and surprisingly easy to work with. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to learn how to make buttercream and ways to decorate with it. We bought the take-home kit, which I'd recommend if you see yourself wanting to practise after the class.

My granddaughter and I had a wonderful time at ClassBento learning how to use the different icing tips needed to make beautiful cupcakes. Hanna was well prepared, with everything being laid out in readiness. Her instructions were clear and very helpful, and she was lovely with my granddaughter.
