Get lost in the magical world of mosaic and you will be delighted with the end result. This basic mosaic kit is perfect for anyone looking for indoor activities during this stay-at-home period.
You can choose from one of the below mosaic designs on booking:

There are two Craft Box options:
- DIY Craft Box with pre-cut mosaic tiles (ideal for adults and kids from six years plus as no cutting is required)
- DIY Craft Box with tiles to cut (great for adults and kids from nine years plus as they are capable of using a mosaic cutter independently)
You can purchase a wall-mount in the check-out to hang your beautiful piece up once complete.
Please note: This craft box includes access to short demonstration videos that show you how to cut tiles, mosaic with pre-cut tiles and add beads to your mosaic.

Knowledge required
No skills or prior knowledge required. Our instructions are very clear and our short demonstration video takes you through the process.
What you'll get in your craft kit
- One cut-out template (that you will select) to mosaic (3mm MDF template approximately ranging in size but approximately 25 x 25 cm).
- Mosaic glass tiles and gems which will either be pre-cut into little pieces (if you choose the pre-cut option) or squares around one-inch which you will cut into shape (if you choose the option with mosaic cutters).
- Mosaic glue

- Skewer for cleaning

Merryl’s Mosaics and Glass Studio is a mosaic and glass fusing studio where people of all ages come to experience the wonderful world of glass art. We run adult classes, specialised workshops and casual sessions, team building workshops and corporate events in either mosaic or glass fusing. We also offer kids classes, casual sessions and holiday programs. You don’t need any experience to attend. We have great, well-trained and friendly staff who will help you with your creations. We have a great, arty studio. Come and enjoy the creative, relaxing and therapeutic experience of working with glass in an arty, colourful environment.
