My ten year old daughter created this with me assisting with the instruction sheet. She loved it and the terrarium looks amazing. The plants are just beautiful and she is very proud of her creation that is sitting on her desk. As a visual learner it would be great to have a video to watch along with the instructions but they were very clear for me to help her. Highly recommended and love the decorations included also. Maybe include a tag on a stick with care instructions for gifting.
Better street signage would be preferable. Even a hanging dign on the gate.

The venue was a little hard to find but well worth it, and well worth the money - you get to make a terrarium which would be honestly quite expensive bought in-store, and the "tipsy" part of the program wasn't just one measly glass of champagne. Alcohol selection was great and bountiful. A huge bonus is also learning about plant care generally on top of terrarium creation!

The teacher was great, and willing to answer questions about the class, and also seemed very knowledgeable on the topic. The plants supplied were very hardy and look really great. I felt like the teacher didn't really interact with all the participants in the class effectively. I get that it is hard to do online classes and be engaging with all participants, sometimes more shy people slip through the cracks. My internet connection dropped out partway through the class so I may have missed out on some instruction.

Great class - Belle shared good tips on the 'why' in building the terrarium and covered aftercare as well. Items arrived in good time - healthy plants, and packing all recyclable (apart from the plastic bag for the soil) :-)

Wonderful communication from the teacher (as I had a few questions about my kit!), everything arrived well packed and very quickly! It was a really easy to follow along session with the opportunity to ask the teacher any plant related questions. Maybe didn’t need to be done via a live zoom session (a card with instructions would have done fine too), but it was still great to have that live coaching if needed (particularly while in lockdown) ! Happy with my creation

I can only recommend taking a class with Bel, The Plant Whisperer. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She started off with the background history of terrariums, explained how to build one and gave really good tips in between. She generously offered to advise on any plant questions and enabled me to learnt a lot about caring better for my green housemates.
The random group was very nice too with all level of plant lovers: novice to plant experts. Everyone was sharing in with showing their plants, asking questions, sharing experiences and giving advice. I loved how interactive the class was.
The 1.5hrs was sufficient time to get our terrariums done and Bel gave a lot of ideas for other types of terrariums.
I had a really good time and already booked the Kokedama class with the Plant Whisperer team. Looking forward to meet Bel again and a new group of plant lovers.

Our bowl came broken but they were good at helping us figure out a solution so that we were able to join in.

Our company (employees in MEL, SYD and ADL) signed up to do a Terrarium making class during lockdown and it was a very enjoyable experience! We were all very excited for this class and to get hands on with making terrariums for the first time! It was also a great opportunity to get the team together during trying times. A very big thank you for organising today’s terrarium event.
It was the best few hours I’ve had for a few weeks.
Life has been challenging as a Carer & then a hospital stay for myself.
I feel brighter this morning participating in this fun event.
Hayley was excellent & it was lovely having interaction from other carers.
Sadly my glass bowl arrived with a break in the side of it , plus broken plant.
I enjoyed learning from Hayley today & if it is possible I would love to participate in the
plant ball session , if that is ok.
I loved seeing what the other ladies had made with their terrariums & I have lots of ideas to follow up on.
Like visiting an op shop to source vessels & to involve my grandson in helping to create terrariums for gift making, when we are able to leave the house post Covid

When I opened the box just before class started, I was impressed with how the plants were packaged to protect them. Alas, when I opened the small box with the packing ‘noodles’ and the pebbles and soil, I found my bowl was broken into a thousand pieces☹️ Lucky I had a glass bowl that I don’t use in the kitchen any more and I am able to enjoy the class. Perhaps a follow up with some instruction notes would be good. Thank you.
