Treat yourself and your guests to a 2-hour all-inclusive Cocktail Making Class. With exclusive use of The Woolshed, you will learn from one of our very experienced bartenders how to make two of our delicious cocktails – and then you get to drink them! Here's a few choices that you'll get to make!

Sticky Date Espresso
Delight your senses with this rich combination of Absolute Vanilla, Baileys, house made toffee and date reduction, fresh espresso shaken & served up in a coupette.

Strawberry & balsamic caprioska
Bedazzle your senses with this tangle of flavours featuring Absolut, our home made balsamic mix,
lime, fresh strawberries and the delicate flavours of Crème a la Fraise de Bois.

Yvette vickers
Named after the actress, this cocktail is as beautiful and moving as she was. Absolute Vanilla, Licor
43, shaken with fresh pineapple and lime, garnished with cinnamon.

Angry pirate
Bringing the tastes of the Caribbean to Manly. This fresh & fruity cocktail, combines rum 2 ways with
passionfruit, hibiscus, pineapple, lime & orgeat. Fizzed to finish it off.

Whisky business
A controversial combination of floral flavours & bold briskness. Irish Whisky, French earl grey tea,
homemade lime sherbet syrup, lime juice & peach bitters topped with sparkling wine.

Hibiscus chilli margarita
The Flowery twist on our favourite Tommy’s Margarita. This cocktail blends Olmeca infused Hibiscus
flower, pomegranate and chilli into a rich red cocktail sure to put hair on even the most hairless of
chests.

Mr. Malone
It’s a Watermalone! Shaken with fresh watermelon juice, Beefeater gin, mint, and lemon. This twist on
the classic Southside is perfect on those hot summer days.

Toasted Marshmallow Meringue
Absolut Citron, Limoncello, Monin marshmallow, fresh lemon & lemon sorbet topped with a toasted
marshmallow meringue foam. Sweet, sour and smells like heaven.

Foxy lady
Spring has sprung with our twist on a classic. Lavender & pear infused Gin, elderflower liquor, lemon
juice, sugar syrup and egg white leaves a frothy finish for this botanical bonanza.

Burnt Blood Orange Side Car
Hennessy cognac, Solerno liquer, citrus & sugar with a hint of pepper. It’s complex and refreshing,
everything you could want in a drink.

This class is available on Request for groups of 10+.
