What you'll do
Want to start a new creative hobby in a relaxed environment? Come and grow your painting skills with artist Gabriela Himstedt in this casual art course in Perth!
In this course, which is perfect for all levels of painters, you will learn how to draw and paint with acrylics and oils. You can bring your own reference photo to work from or choose from the samples available in the studio - it's entirely up to you.
Gabriela will teach you a range of different techniques and will guide you in any areas you need help with. You'll see your skills grow after each of the five classes within the course!
All materials are provided, except for your canvas, which you will need to bring with you to the session. There's a maximum of eight students per class to ensure you receive lots of individual feedback and guidance.
Classes are available on Tuesday evenings (6 pm to 8 pm) or Wednesday and Saturday mornings (10 am to 12 pm). Plus, you can choose whatever time suits you to come back for each session in the course!
You'll finish up the course with a fancy new artwork and all the skills to continue this fun and relaxing hobby at home.

Colouryour.life was founded in 2015 by Gabriela Himstedt. Gabriela has a wealth of knowledge and over 25 years’ experience as a professional artist and has been teaching since 2011.
Gabriela was born in Germany but spent a lot of her childhood in Italy where colour and beautiful surroundings were an inspiration in her art. She has a degree in painting, drawing and sculpture which was obtained in Germany.
Gabriela has a passion for art and founded colouryour.life so she can share her vast knowledge with others in a fun and relaxed environment and guide their artistic skills to create a masterpiece.
