What you'll do

Discover the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness techniques to support and overcome challenges your child may be facing. In this workshop designed specifically for 6-12 year olds, your child will learn valuable skills to feel calm, happy, connected, and confident. Through a combination of yoga poses, breathing strategies, relaxation techniques, and fun yoga games, your child will embark on a journey to align their mind, body, and soul.

This workshop is led by a certified children's yoga teacher who understands the importance of making yoga enjoyable and engaging for young minds. Using stories, props, and games, your child will have a blast while learning valuable techniques to enhance their overall well-being.

In each class, children will stretch, breathe, and feel a sense of happiness and calm. The classes are designed to be interactive, allowing children to actively participate and have fun while they learn. With a maximum class size of only 6 children, your child will receive individual attention and guidance from the teacher.

Yoga mats will be provided, but if your child prefers, they can bring their own. A small blanket for relaxation time is also welcome. It is recommended to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable, loose clothing to ensure a pleasant experience.

Sibling discounts and term packages are available, making it easier for families to participate together.
