Farm to Fork Experience in the Hinterland

If you're looking for a different way to experience the Sunshine Coast, venture out to the picturesque Hinterland for this delightful food and drink tasting experience!

We'll take you on a journey behind the scenes of private farms to meet local growers and makers to hear their stories and of course, sample their luscious local produce. Throughout the day, we will visit an artisan coffee roaster, two local farms, and finally, we will stop at Brouhaha Brewery and Restaurant for lunch featuring lots of local and seasonal produce.

First, we will drop by a coffee roaster who will show us their roasting process as well as providing up with a hot caffeine hit to start our day of touring and tasting.

After inhaling the delicious scents of a local working coffee roastery, we will make our way to a private farm that produces unique seasonal fruit and veg for high-end restaurants. We will then taste our way through the scenic farm enjoying the freshly grown edible flowers, vegetables and other seasonal produce.

Then it’s off to a local boutique Wagyu farmer, where we will hear about how this farm provides solely to one restaurant - which is also our lunch destination, Brouhaha Brewery!

Your delightful four-course lunch will include seasonal and fresh produce from the farms we visited earlier in the day. It will also be accompanied by an expertly paired selection of beers brewed on-site at Brouhaha. You will be joined at lunch by the chef and brewer who provide with stories, and explanations to the delicious food and drink before you.

As you say farewell to this gorgeous brewery, we make one final stop to admire the beautiful sights of the Glass House Mountains before descending back down the range to the coast.
