Explore classic film photography and capture stunning, vintage-style photographs at this unique photography course with Lynn Smith in Sydney!
Over five weeks, you'll learn film photography using both theoretical and practical components and build up a portfolio with your film camera.
Beginning with an introductory classroom session in week one, you'll be given opportunities to explore outdoor locations throughout the course including Newtown in week two and The Rocks and Millers Point in week three.
In week four we'll have another classroom session to review the photos we have captured and in week five we'll spend the morning at Sandyprints darkroom in Lane Cove where everyone's two favourite shots will be printed out, one in colour and one in black and white.
By the end of the course, you will have developed confidence in using your film camera and have explored a variety of techniques like perspective, exposure, lens aperture and much more!
