Nikki from Peony Story Florist will demonstrate how a Dutch influenced flower table centrepiece is done from scratch (takes about 30 mins). Then it's your turn to unleash your creativity via drawing or painting while making new friends in a new artistic way! We will be in an amazingly beautiful park in Kirribilli, near the water and overlooking small boats.
While you enjoy a non-alcoholic drink (on us from our favourite cafe), you will then start paint or sketch the floral arrangement freshly made just for you. Let yourself free to express through water colour, oil painting, acrylic, charcoal or any other medium, be it realist, impressionism or abstract; enjoy the moment and meet like-minded friends.
Summer Flower Crown Workshop, at Sat 30 Mar at 2pm
Wedding Flower Bouquet Workshop, at Sun 7 Apr at 10am
Celebrate Mother's Day with Flower Crowns Making, at Sun 5 May at 10:30am

Basic drawing or painting knowledge is good to have but not a must
Please bring your own sketching or drawing tools (canvas/paper, brushes, colours, easel if you want)
If you haven't done any drawing or sketching before, water colour and sketching tools can be provided on request.

Peony Story is one of the very few European Style florists based in Sydney. It's renowned for its naturally wild, romantic and soft style to curate flowers to tell a story. Nikki, the chief designer from Peony Story has lived in London for two years and has developed her very own style in London and Paris from some of the world-famous florists. She believes that beautiful flowers will bring us joy and hope in our daily life, hence she loves creating flower arrangements from small fun bouquets to large large scale installation for events and weddings.
