We have two room 36sq meters that are our gallery spaces suitable for talks, book launches, exhibitions, art making that is not too messy. These have windows to the street. 305 room has a tiny kitchen and toilet and has one step to get in. 307 is our office and workshop space and is a more intimate space, better suited to talks or children's classes. There are four steps to enter 307.
2 square meter rule 9 people to a room, 4 square meter rule 18 people per room. However for a sit down art class 12 people would be comfortable.
pricing is based on two rooms. 50% non-refundable deposit taken.
