What you'll do
Are you looking for unique birthday gift ideas for a loved one? This 33cm x 44cm giant fruit platter will be the most amazing gift!
In this three-hour advanced workshop, you'll get the chance to brush up on your cutting skills and make your own giant fruit platter centrepiece.
You'll get to choose from the large selection of transparent and opaque colours, stringers, noodles, frit, part-sheets and rods that are in Jenie's studio. Get in touch with your creative side in an extremely fun, safe, friendly and stimulating environment at Jenie's studio.
There's nothing more special than gifting someone a marvellous piece of your own hand-crafted glass art that they can treasure forever!
This workshop is designed for anyone who has attended the Level 1 Plate Making Workshop with Jenie. This is a Level 2 workshop because accurate cutting is required to successfully create this platter.
We usually only book this workshop for two people so that each of you has loads of room to make your giant platter!
- Please visit the studio the week before your workshop if you have a particular glass you want to use.
- - Pieces from this class will be kept for up to three months before being donated to charity.
- This class is not wheelchair accessible.

You will need to have good cutting skills and to have completed the Jenie's Level 1 Plate Making workshop or Jenie's Charcuterie workshop.

Jenie Yolland's glass studio is a safe and creative place where you can learn about glass art. You don't need any expertise. Our classes are designed for the absolute beginner. You'll love being here. Its relaxing and fun being in this amazing space.
You can create all sorts of things in my studio, from bespoke handmade glass plates, to giant Mondrian wall clocks, or abstract wall art!
We run workshops for all ages. Come with your family and friends and create memories together.
This is the place for making gifts with love this year. Of course, you'll be able to say, no-one else, anywhere, has one quite like it. You can say "I made this!"
