Liz was fantastic! This was a girls night out for us and the evening took us on a journey of tastings and the intricacies of gin botanicals and how to infused them with a still. Upstairs we had a grazing plate whilst we chose our own unique blend of botanicals. Only downfall was she told us it takes 10 days for the flavours to develop... Now to wait 10 days to see if I have a future as a Gin Maker!

Booked this class with no expectations. Our teacher went above & beyond providing a thoroughly enjoyable hand on class. We got to sample the gin & make our own concoctions. Light refreshments also provided. A lovely way to spend a couple of hours in leafy North Melbourne. Thank you.

This was a great gift! A pleasant way to spend an afternoon, learning about how gin is crafted. A very personalised experience of making a unique gin to bring home. Lovely, relaxed environment in a pleasant room. Also nice to start and finish the day with a sampling of the boutique gins produced onsite.

Liz was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information on the process of distillation, mixed with humour. The tastings were delicious and it was great to be guided on how to identify flavours and develop your palate. Finally, being able to make our own gin was awesome! Thank you Liz!

Absolutely brilliant workshop. Very informative and hands on master-class. We learnt a lot about the gin making process. Lots of fun and gin tasting, with great nibbles. Small group. I would recommend this class to anyone wants something a bit different and you walk away with your own bottle of handcrafted gin.

The class was very friendly and informative with tangential discussions breaking out regularly which gave the whole experience a warmth and familial feeling to it. The actual demonstartion of making a half litre of gin was excellent using the supplied equipment, with a number of wivestails dispelled along the way. Also the length of the class was not too long or too short. It gave the correct amount of information needed to produce your own bottle of gin. Well done to the teacher and assistant.

Liz was a welcoming host. She took the time to speak to each person in the class. She explained the whole process of distilling gin and we were able to make a bottle with our own chosen botanical. We were engaged in the process and came away with lots of knowledge and a beautiful bespoke bottle of gin. Highly recommended. PS get an Uber home!!

It was a very enjoyable session. It was interesting to learn about gin making and the different botanicals. Enjoyed the cheeses. It would have been nice to have a second, different gin and tonic to drink during the session.
