Book your next event as a private cooking class on our beautiful indoor terrace and learn how to make pizza like a pro!

In this class that is perfect for beginners, you will learn step by step how to craft the perfect dough, how to stretch it out like an expert, top it with your favourite ingredients and then we cook it up in our oven to perfection. By the hand of your experienced teacher, you will learn how to make three types of pizza: original, calzone and focaccia!

In the last half hour you and your guests will sit together to enjoy your pizza creations accompanied by a glass of wine or beer and our signature nutella calzone for dessert. Have tons of fun, enjoy a delicious meal and gain the tips and tricks to keep mastering the perfect pizza at home!

Private group bookings can add a bottomless drinks pack for an additional $35 per person for the duration of the class - just let us know when you make your request. For groups that are upwards of 28 people, we can customise the event.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.

Queensland venues include Surfer’s Paradise on the Gold Coast, and in Brisbane, West End, Newstead, South Bank with Woolloongabba coming soon, plus our infamous mobile Fuel Food Truck dishing out the finest wood-fired Pizza and Italian delights every day on location or look out for us at an event near you soon!!

Was an awesome afternoon adventure. Lisa (our teacher) did an excellent job of managing a large group of 23 people, who may have a had a few drinks before arrival.

Feedback from the group was that they all loved it, and the pizzas were to die for.

Highly recommended for all occasions. My group was a bucks party (men and women)
