Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques and in 2 hours you will master melt in your mouth pillows of Gnocchi and rest assured you will never buy pre packed gnocchi again...

Unlock the secrets to creating delicious, restaurant quality gnocchi – in this class you will cover both the Traditional and Gluten Free method of preparation.

Done right, these pillow-soft dumplings melt in your mouth and vanish off the plate.

Whether you are gluten sensitive or not, chances are that you know at least one person who is. And it is a great idea to learn a couple of things about this diet.

Class will conclude with a delicious gnocchi meal cooked up and served back to the group with amazing sauces and will be enjoyed with a glass of well deserved wine.

This interactive class will be hands on, so be prepared to get your hands dirty!

Please note that private group bookings incur an additional flat rate surcharge of $150 per class. Private group bookings can add a bottomless drinks pack for an additional $35 per person for the duration of the class - just let us know when you make your request.

Workshop was fantastic! We had Ashley as our teacher and she was super friendly and helpful the whole time. The venue was great and Gnocchi turned out amazing! All the other staff that were there was also very cheerful and we had an absolute blast.
