Our private cooking space as part of regular practice, is disinfected with food grade sanitiser along with all equipment and materials. Gloves are available and frequent washing of hands is already part of our cooking class schedule.

Have you always wanted to learn how to make gnocchi? Have you attempted making gnocchi at home and ended up with either a gloopy or rubbery mess because you didn’t quite get the flour-to-potato ratio right? Or would you love to feast on handmade delectable pillowy gnocchi rather than the pre-bought packet stuff?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, this class is for you! You will learn how to make gnocchi, unlocking the secrets to expertly craft light, melt-in-the-mouth dumplings.

You will then have the opportunity to taste your handiwork when the gnocchi is paired with delicious sauces and heavenly rosso Sangria.

You’ll be sure to impress your upcoming dinner guests with restaurant-quality Italian dumplings.

Please note that private group bookings incur an additional flat rate surcharge of $150 per class. Private group bookings can add a bottomless drinks pack for an additional $35 per person for the duration of the class - just let us know when you make your request.

Workshop was fantastic! We had Ashley as our teacher and she was super friendly and helpful the whole time. The venue was great and Gnocchi turned out amazing! All the other staff that were there was also very cheerful and we had an absolute blast.
