Pasta Master Marina Totta will take you on a journey of the Mediterranean! You will be guided through the step by step process of making various pasta shapes from South Italy by hand from scratch.
You'll learn how to roll and create Cavatelli, Orecchiette and Busiate too! You'll also get to make a delicious pistachio pesto and a seasonal sauce to accompany our shapes.
During the class we will enjoy some tasty snacks and dessert all accompanied by some of the best Italian wines.
At the end of the class, you'll get to sit back, relax and enjoy the food you've prepared with like-minded people.
Don't worry - you'll make enough pasta so that you can take it home and share it with your family! You will also receive a cavatelli board and recipe cards to recreate your own pasta at home.
