We'll deliver a ClassBento Box to you - this is a physical DIY cocktail kit containing the materials you'll need. Shipping is free, and you'll get your box delivered in time for your class. We ship nationwide.
Enjoy the online class. After booking, you'll receive a link to a Zoom meeting. At the time of the class, use that link to join. During the class, you can easily ask questions and get immediate responses. Zoom is free and easy to use, on any device. You're in control of your privacy - you can mute yourself and hide your webcam if and when you prefer.

What you'll do

If you're searching for fun indoor activities, then look no further. In this online cocktail making masterclass, you will learn how to make four rum cocktails, gain knowledge of basic bartending techniques, and enjoy your drinks in a fun and educational cocktail experience from home!

During the class, which is perfect for beginners, you will be guided by our award-winning cocktail and flair bartender Clinton Weir, who will explain to you step by step how to make a Vanilla Pina Colada, Mojito, Strawberry Daiquiri and an Espresso Martini.

You will be able to choose to use your own home equipment or to add your cocktail kit to be delivered to your door. This kit includes all the tools you need to shake your cocktails like a champion and our homemade dehydrated pineapple wedges to decorate your cocktails.

Please note: If you want to book the class and cocktail kit delivered to your door, you will need to book your spot at least seven days before each date. Otherwise please contact us to talk about an arrangement.

Minimum 10 participants. If 1 week before the class, we have less than 10 persons booked, we will contact you to postpone the class.

Pineapple Jam's Home Cocktail Masterclass was by far one of the most enjoyable things I have participated in, not just in lockdown, but as an overall experience. I purchased a class for two as a surprise for my partner as an anniversary gift, and we both absolutely loved it!

Before the session, I had an issue with one of the boxes not arriving on time due to a problem with the couriers and contacted Clinton about it directly. He was incredibly kind and helpful in the process, organising to run another box over to us the next day to ensure that we could participate in the session!

The actual class itself was filled with amazing energy, as Clinton engaged with each participant, explained the steps clearly and easily for beginners to follow, embedded his own storytelling into the teaching processes and gave us some cool cocktail making tips! Rather than a purely instructional class, the session felt much like a journey or an adventure in cocktail making.

The recipes were so delicious, and I have been making and consuming the best piña coladas since the session. The recipes were also provided to us via a clear PDF document, allowing us to recreate the wonderful drinks whenever we'd like.

I would highly recommend Pineapple Jam's classes to anyone considering a fun activity or experience. We will definitely be back for the rest of their classes!
